Whatever brought you here, we're glad you're here. At Shower Daddy, we specialize in removing your old tub and shower and custom building a beautiful walk-in shower in its place. That's all we do and we do it well. And we don't charge an arm and a leg to do it. We charge about half the price that those big companies charge and we use better materials and do a better job than they do.

Whatever you do, don't fall for the "walk in shower in one day" scam. It's impossible to build a walk-in shower in one day if you do it correctly. Quality work takes time. It takes time for a mortar bed to set up properly. It takes time to double check for leaks and proper sealing. It takes time to do a job right but it's worth it. It takes us four days to give you the shower of your dreams but you can rest assured knowing someone didn't rush through your job...

My name is Dave. I'm the owner and operator of Shower Daddy. I'm a retired former general contractor. I've spent several years doing remodeling work, building houses, commercial buildings and apartment complexes. When I retired it didn't take long until I was bored to death! I needed something to keep me busy (but not too busy) and supplement my retirement income. So in November of 2025, my wife and I launched Shower Daddy. I specialize in converting old fiberglass tub and shower units into beautiful, safe and affordable walk-in showers. It's the perfect business for me. I get to use my skills and attention to details to create a beautiful conversion that takes a homeowners breath away (I love that sound) and at the same time, I get to do something I love while supplementing my retirement income. I'd love to come to your home to give you a free quote and show you the selection of materials I could use to convert your shower. I charge about half as much as the big companies that do this but I use better materials and I'll do a better job. I believe in treating people fairly and building a good reputation.
